Due to the fact that the products sold within our shop are digital in nature and cannot be returned, all sales are non-refundable with an exception for customers who purchase A Premium Template and complete the Website Workshop / Showit Course.
In order to qualify for a Template refund within 14 days of purchasing, you must provide us with the following documentation/proof that your best effort with put forth to utilize the design for your website:
1. Proof that you completed the Website Workshop and the Showit Course we provide.
2. A link to your preview website within Showit showing your attempt to customize and setup the template.
3. Communication about your technical problems with our team and an attempt to follow our guidance to resolve them.
After reviewing your provided information for this criteria, it is up to our discretion whether a refund of your template is in line, in which case we will promptly do so. You cannot use the template after a refund has been given. The template will need to be removed from your Showit Site Library.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT
By purchasing our products you are legally bound to the following terms:
Our designs are copyrighted Jessica Gingrich LLC and have a credit at the bottom of the template which is required to remain for all designs - variations include: Site Design by Jessica Gingrich, Site Design by Moxie.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Jessica Gingrich LLC owns the property rights to all designs within your template. You are prohibited from sharing the template with additional users. Designers are prohibited from purchasing our templates and claiming them as their own work and promoting them as their original design work. If another designer is customization one of our templates please follow the terms outlined by Showit as far a designer copyright - site credit should be given as "Design by Jessica Gingrich" with a link to our website and you may add "Customized by XXX" next to it.
FONTS & IMAGES SHOWN IN DEMOS
Stock images and script fonts are not included with your purchase unless noted otherwise. Please be sure to replace all demo photos, if you would like to know where you can purchase a particular image, feel free to reach out to me for the source! Other non-script fonts are google fonts and are free for your use.
SALES & PROMOTIONS
Sales and promotions are not retroactive. If you purchased a template in the past and we run a promotion on that template, you will not receive the discounted difference. Exceptions may be considered if purchased within a 3 day window of the sale or promotion.
