What were you looking for when you purchased one of my templates and/or hired me to customize it for you? What was the most important thing you wanted to achieve by getting your new website up and running?
“I needed every ounce of help as I could not process building a website. I didn’t understand the language being used (like how many pages do I want?) so I needed to ask for help. Knowing you do this and I bought a beautiful template from you, if felt like a perfect match. And your website description was helpful knowing I’d get help from beginning to end.”
What challenges were you facing before you purchased my product/services? How did that make you feel?
“Building the site. Understanding the language. Understanding all the building terms. I felt overwhelmed and frustrated. Especially frustrated as I usually understand new things and can follow along with template/guidance.”
